I would every day eat more healthier food and fruits to be in order to be healthy . childre like to eat those oily fried stuff and soft drinks . It is improtent as it keep us healty and prevent from getting sick . We will get gum diseases . The benefits is to keep us strong and healthy . I like fruits but not vegetables , because the vegatables taste bitter but the fruits my grandmother make some for me during weekend and i will eat up all of them and left non for my brothers . I encourage us to eat more vegetables and fruits so that we can be strong healthy and can do more activities . For example basket ball , we need milk so we can grow tall and strong to play .
